Adobe Flash no longer works. How can I see the camera preview in the browser?
A firmware update is available, which changes the camera preview in the browser from Adobe Flash to HTML5. Please submit a support request to receive instructions for how to update your camera’s firmware.
I can’t access the camera over the network. How can I reset the IP address?
If the camera’s IP address has been changed and you want to reset it, this can be done using the infrared remote. This will also reset the web admin username and password. Press these buttons in this sequence: [*] [#] [MANUAL].
